RETURN POLICY

RETURNING CONDITION Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with their tags and hygiene liner attached and returned in the original garment bag. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any stains or odors (such as perfume). All swimwear must be tried on wearing undergarments. If items are returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge. The item/s must be returned to our warehouse before a store credit/ exchange can be issued. The ability to fulfil exchange requests will be subject to the availability of garments at the time at which the return is received for processing. Please note that if you choose an item of lesser value, we are not able to refund the difference in price; we would recommend opting for a store credit in this scenario. Please note: accessories are not eligible for returns.
